The site offers huge discount coupons for local restaurants..like $40 worth of food at a given restaurant for $15..they work like cash and can be printed from your computer. It is a great way for me,as a mom on a budget,to take advantage of some great local restaurants at a really great price. There are also coupons and deals for spa treatments and entertainment as well. Check it out, they are available for most cities!!

Sportsmen's Seafood Restaurant

One of my favorite places to go grab a quick lunch on a nice day is Sportsmen's Seafood restaurant on Mission Bay. It sits right next to the Hyatt Islandia on Seaforth Marina,so it is an ideal place to sit outside and enjoy the day. They have a great selection of salads, sandwiches, soups and seafood platters. My favorites are the cioppino, which is full of fresh fish and wonderful flavor. A small runs $4.00..I recommend ordering the large for 70 cents more, it is well worth it. The seafood salad is excellent also. At $8.45, it is large enough to share. One of the best bargains is the linguini with clam sauce. It runs only $6.75 and rivals what I've had at expensive restaurants. They also have a good selection of cold beer, with many microbrews to choose from. They serve beer by the pint or by the pitcher, if you are looking for a little extra refreshment! There is a fish market next door where you can pick up just caught fish to take home..try the smoked fish..it is wonderful! If you are ever down Mission Bay way, give this place a shot. It's not fancy, but the food is great and the view is to die for.

Brown all meats and drain
Brown onion, garlic and mushrooms and add to meat

The cumin is the secret ingredient, and it gives this sauce a unique flavor..use the sauce in any of your favorite pasta recipes. (You could easliy substitute all meats for turkey or chicken versions)
